Busy bees

Busy day of family fun, couldn't choose a single picture. Up early with the Rose boy larks, so managed to finally do Balian's 10 month picture...although his so wriggly its impossible to keep him still and to hold the one and the zero. Nathaniel also wanted to have a go so has his 28th month picture (took some figuring out with my number blind brain at 5:45am!)
Had an early start in our walk along the river so had to keep noisy Nate quiet whilst passing the marina lodges. Nice and calm river, saw a "crawzy tree Mummy" and lots of "yummy black strawberries" (blackberries). Nathaniel got tired so had a piggy back for some of the way. Then we went to the park where Balian showed off his chin ups and swing abilities.
After lunch and naps it was Mow Mow time, and Daddy wore Bay in a sling for the first time. It went so well we went for a walk up the lane too, and Bayo fell fast asleep in Daddy. Nathaniel wins the imagination prize today; "look Mummy a birthday cake, with a candle on top" - pointing to the church up the lane with a gold weather vane atop its steeple glinting in the sun...much like a candle. So lovely!
