Bottle

I bought this bottle of apple and elderflower diluting juice just for a wee change. But they have added so much artificial sugars to it, that I can't drink it at their dilution. And it leaves too sweet a taste in the mouth after, disappointed!!!

Did intend to go for a short stretch of legs but out to the garden was as far as I got, and fell into a deep sleep in the afternoon - should have just stayed there as I still feel tired!

Mum phoned this morning and sounded okay, and to give a daily update on the colours of bruises on places not to be Blipped ;-) I'll need to think up some one-handed meals for the next shopping time.

Hope you got some sun today after all that rain last night.
