Buggyfit at Painshill Park.

Love this class and the beautiful Painshill Park - can't think of a better place to do this. Basically we get to do some exercise with baby (or babies in the case of one lady) in tow. The baby gets fresh air and to laugh at mummy. Z enjoys the outing and shortly after I took this photo she was sitting on my tummy as I attempted various exercises for my stomache muscles. She was greatly amused by that but I failed to capture her amusement on camera and do the exercises.

Class usually ends with a coffee while the babies are fed and mums catch their breath and catch up - the coffee tastes so good!
