Where's the water?

I've blipped this weir before, but there was a lot less water flowing in the Water of Leith then. September was really dry and I doubt the river will be this low again until next Spring. It was a bit too bright to get any detail in the sky and get the weir ok, so you can't tell it was sunny again.
