Yabbying

This evening Graham and Uncle Josh (pictured with Rose) took the children to the dam to try their hand at yabbying.

It involved dangling an old sock stuffed with left over sausage in the water in the hope a yabby (crayfish) would latch on to it. Needless to say they didn't catch any (as far as we know there aren't any in our dams) but it was a fun excursion, and no one fell in.
