Evening

Third evening in a row still at work until just before 9pm - so a break at 7.30 - light was fading. There was a calm feel to the evening and this teenage swan was by him/herself. Three siblings were paddling in the small pond by the main building and the parents and 2 other teenagers nowhere to be seen. On Wednesday evening 4 teenage swans were together and stomping around and stretching their wings. They have been practicing their flying.
