Another blip-meet

Holiday Day 5:

Today we had a blip-meet with Eptas ..... albeit a rather brief one as he had to get back to Bruce! It was lovely to finally meet up ...... do hope next time we manage to get together for a bit longer :-)

Afterwards we had a leisurely stroll through Birches Valley to Fairoak Valley & pools ....... it was a lovely in the sunshine. While sitting by one of the pools this young Moorhen was strutting his stuff ....... it still amazes me just how big their feet are!!!

As we were walking back we saw this Grey Wagtail ....... trying to sneak up close enough to get a shot was rather a challenge ...... but I finally managed it!
