Choices!

After all the shenanigans surrounding lies and half truths from the 'Better Together' campaign for a 'No' vote in the Scottish referendum I've been doing some hard thinking about choices for our weekly food shopping.

Preposterous threats from some of the major supermarkets that food prices would spiral in an independent Scotland made me really angry.

So, smaller family owned shops are going to get more of my business in the future, including Aldi who are building a new shop quite close to where we live. Neither Aldi nor Lidl took part in the shameful scaremongering in the run up to the referendum.
