Rose of Sharon

I was up at ‘silly o clock’ this morning to watch the Formula One Qualifying and then spent the rest of the morning cleaning and sorting the kitchen.

It rained for a while and there were a variety of flowers with raindrops on them, but in the end I chose this Rose of Sharon flower; it does not normally flower at this time of year.
