Bake off

(A bit of back blipping tonight)

Today Miss B baked, very almost completely solo, her first cake; "the doughnut"!

It was a Mary Berry victoria sponge recipe which she redesigned by cutting a hole in the middle and decorated as per a fancy doughnut.

We were super impressed, especially as it was truly delicious!
