Black-headed gull

It was only when I looked at the photo of this bird taken at Ringstead Bay in Dorset, UK, that I realised it was bearing a ring on its right leg. The colour and number combination suggest that it may been ringed in the nest in central Poland. I'm hoping to hear back from the people that ringed it.
