Something old into something new.

We are making lots of things in our new home but this is different. Taking a product of the land , the nature trees that our daughter collected apples from 2 weeks ago , and making cider.
A shared and gentle activity, perfect for a couple who are more normally knocking walls down or building homes!
A metaphor for a different life perhaps.
