Hornbeam

The summer temperatures are holding out into October, but Autumn is here and everything is changing colour. Here's a hornbeam that I pass on my way to work.

This evening we all enjoyed Birmingham Royal Ballet's production of Beauty and the Beast. None of us are seasoned ballet-goers, and it was R's first visit to the ballet. It's a wonderful show.
