"tides out"

Actually lakes do not have tides but it seems like it. Bremner Bay is a favourite for swimming in the summer. There has been very little rain lately so the lake is low - the rain we had last night may change this over the next day or so.
In the summer those pools are a favourite with the little children. At the moment there is new snow on the tops. Just when it seemed like summer had arrived.
