Light and shade

I decided to take a photo of a couple of plants outside the church before they are removed for winter planting. I should think the predicted frosts would soon kill them off anyway. I do love the coleus particularly (the plant with the coloured leaves). I used to grow different colours of them in pots as a child. I used to pinch the flower buds off so that they would grow more bushy.

There was quite a lot of sunshine today - the calm before the predicted storm!
