Striped Sky

I noticed that it was unusually bright for the time this morning and when I stepped outside to see why, this is what I found. As the day progressed, the old, "Red Sky at Morning.." held true. We had a lot of rain which turned out to be a bit of a bummer for our parish Oktoberfest this evening. Luckily things were dry in the big tent, just a little chilly. This pic is right off the card.
