Lunch...

Well it appears after some tentative testing this year that I have finally converted to eating meat. This is a big deal as I have been a vegetarian all my life.

I can't really explain the decisions behind the choice, mostly curiosity as to whether I will feel different or if it will affect my energy levels, and trying to get in better shape for climbing. Who knows if it will last but for the moment it's quite nice to have more of a variety in my diet. Still in testing stages so we will see how it pans out!

Above is: spicy chicken breast (free range organic) mushroom, courgette, pepper, green beans and parsley with some avocado thrown in for good measure
