Yorkshire Sculpture Park

I know the irony is that I have studiously ignored all the sculpture and photographed the lake but some how that seems right.

It is the third time we have been to the Y S P over the last 5 years or so and every time it gets a little bit better. Due to the enormity of the space they have there is always plenty of room for the new and diverse forms of work they show. Ai Weiwie's iron tree, Fiona Banner's Wp Wp Wp and Roger Hiorn's seizure were some of the personal highlights, a well deserved winner of Museum of the Year.
