What a rough night it must have been as our lawn was strewn with small branches from the willow trees, and there were a lot more leaves on the ground. However despite the rather wild start to the day it was back to sunny and almost windless by lunch time.

Farming - Muck spreading for a customer today. Two spreaders and a slew . Mr Tbay go well and truly stuck as the spreader sank up to its axles ! Had to be pulled out by the slew after two tractors failed to get him out!! Very wet ground indeed. Two on compost hauling as usual. For me it has been VAT. Not my fav job!!
