Taking the strain

This looked like a mini tank when I first downloaded Bill's Blip onto the computer tonight.
On closer inspection I recognised it as part of our stockproof fence that surrounds our home.
I love the shadows and shape of this galvanised tensioner which is used to tighten the wire of the fence.
Well done that man!
Beauty and form in every day objects.
