Not budging

This was what I saw on my cycle to work this morning. The man was directing cyclists away from the swan that was sitting in the cycle path. He also flagged down the police van. I wish I could have hung around to see how they moved the swan on.Thank goodness it hadn't sat on the road - it would have caused chaos, and could have got hurt.
