Autumn Days

Autumn arrived with a crash today. Literally, as part of my guttering fell down in the howling gale and torrential rain that greeted us this morning. By lunch time, the rained had all but dried up and the sun was out again. My mum collected these shiny conkers for the boys. Apparently, as well as being good fun, they're a great deterrent for spiders too!
