Notes: Was awake at 4a, took a hot bath as I was stiff and sore. Left for the airport at 8a, spent the whole day traveling and didn't get any good rest. This is Kansas City where we stopped briefly but I stayed on the plane. Into Tampa at 7p, back to the beach just after 8p.
