Rambling Rose

The boiler is due to be serviced today but the man hasn't turned up yet.

If I cook for the usual time of 6 p.m., he will turn up just as we sit down to eat. If I leave it until after he's been, he probably won't turn up until about 8 p.m. and I'll be very, very grumpy because my sugar level will have plummeted and the one beer I have whilst I am cooking, could turn into two.

It's been a beautiful day, lots of sunshine but also very windy. I can cope with wind so long as it's sunny with it.

I spotted this pretty rose as I was walking down to the shops.
