That lightbulb moment....

Dave and I were sat there enjoying an excellent lunch at The Wrestlers trying to sort some staffing issues we have at the moment. I kept looking up hoping the bulb would suddenly light up and a solution be revealed.....alas no major revelations or eureka moments to report.
