I love the apparent viscosity in this picture, the soft warm glow of the resin. It looks liquid but is already hard. Another million of years and this can be turned into a gemstone...I think it fascinating that you can find these future gemstones on beaches in Denmark or the northern Baltic coast after a storm. We often searched for them when we visited our grandmother on the Isle of Ruegen. And found some!
