Fuzzy Water!

It's been a hot sunny day, although the atmosphere has been very dusty. We need a good wind to blow it all away!
I am dead keen to practice motion blur. I put my camera onto shutter priority and chose a super slow speed.... and pointed out to sea, insuring that I also had a rock or two to bring into the picture.
I ended up culling 95% of my images!!! Is this normal?
I like the image I have chosen. It has a lovely silky finish and lines also come into play. What you see is what I captured.
