October Word Challenge Day 7: Clean

Today was a good day up to a certain point. A couple of hours at work...and then off to the gym for a decent workout. I was home for lunch and also managed to walk the dogs without getting rained on. It has been a really foul day with gales and heavy rain. Lots of it. The dogs seemed to be behaving an extra notch up on the bonkers scale and it was great watching them take turns to stalk and chase each other around the woods...and mud.

I then waited for Gorgeous to get home so we could go into town for a few supplies and also to collect a filing cabinet. Almost in town and my car started playing up. Long story short - Clutch has completely died. The car was rescued on a truck and taken off to the garage - It will have a nice little rest and a bit of a pamper and hopefully return sometime soon. Poor car.

Now home and waiting for a beef pie to cook in the oven, chips on the side too as it's been a bit of a drab end to the day. As you can see, I also washed up the wine glasses just in case we fancy one.
