Postcard

This is an old postcard book of La Cote d'Azure I bought at an antiques market in Perpignan, France about ten years ago. It cost me 70F. The postcard in this picture is of Les Ponts sur la Bevera in Sospel....So it says on the card.

My subject tonight was going to be Rory the cat as my day has been mostly about him. First thing this morning J was scratching flea bites so I had to strip all the beds and wash all the bedding which was a real pain as there are only so many radiators in this house and the washing line has been full all day. I then had to go out to get flea treatment and worming tablets.
That was a laugh and a half, trying to worm him! The bugger spat the tablet out three times before he swallowed it (or so I thought he had). I told him he was "such a good cat" and fed him his favorite food only to find........a half dissolved tablet on the floor later! So I went through the whole squirmy, spitty, growly process again. This time I was successful but he's very wary of me and that's why I didn't get his photograph. He keeps running away from me.
