Rubbish day

I got up early and waited in all morning for the furniture men from the British heart foundation to come for these 2 beauties . I even cleaned behind them and got all the other bits of furniture ready. I cleaned out wardrobes and kitchen cupboards whilst waiting. Decided to ring at 2 to check they were coming and got the lovely news it's not in the diary!!!!! I had the same person ring twice to make the booking and he said it was in the diary!!! Oh well. By this time I had an awful blocked ear and started feeling rubbish a cold coming, I had to miss yet another meal with my friends from work. I think a nice hot toddy and early night is needed.
