It’s A Knockout

At one point today there was a line of buoys dividing the bay in two. There were a few different rumours started as to what was going on. As they started collecting the buoys it looked like some huge game of “It’s A Knockout” had been going on. As it turned out though it’s all to do with laying fibre optic cables for broadband.
