Checking the Grass

Gracie T-t has so many self-assigned jobs around the garden. This one I hadn't known about until today when we were out together. Every morning she jumps outside out after gobbling a bit of canned fishy food.
Then her happiness starts as she patrols for hours. When she gets hungry I see her again for a snack and a nap. In the evening she resents having to come inside to settle down until the sun returns. But If a cat can skip, GTt does just that as she goes out first thing in the morning to take care of her garden.

{Winter is going to hit our Gracie Tt very hard, indeed. Her cat brain has completely forgotten about how the snow erases the landscape details, her garden and these grasses.]
