Lairg Sale
The last of our sheep were sold today at the Lairg Sale. It was sad to see them go and I recalled that the first sale I went to was fifteen years ago to the October sale.
This is a photo of The Crofter with his sheep. It was the most awful day and we were soaked to the skin and the mud was horrendous.
After the sale we went to Bonar Bridge for our lunch and then on to Alness where TC was hoping to get two new tyres but thy didn't have any.
Home quite early to discover that we had no water. Finally at about eight o'clock J phoned to say that it was fixed.
