In Between Weathers

What an odd day. Mr QT is away at the moment, which means that the mornings are somewhat chaotic. I took Adam out for breakfast this morning, as we were too early for school, and he does love a Costa chocolate twist.

With Both kids delivered to their educational establishments I had to tackle a job I have been putting off for a while - organising the Christmas bazaar! It takes place at the end of November, so I really couldn't put it off any longer. It's really not that onerous, as I am (believe or not) pretty organised with all my paperwork. I just need to print off the relevant sheets and start delegating the jobs. Our meeting went well, and I think I have just about everything covered (oh, except persuading Mr QT to make us a new game - if you're reading, they all think you're great for volunteering :-) ).

Adam came home from judo with his new yellow belt, and very proud he was too. Alice is bogged down with a cold, but I think she may have turned a corner. I'm off for an early(ish) night, only with no cuppa as I've run out of tea bags.
