This was my first Nia class on the Beach since late June; beach classes were suspended for the summer.

Today it felt simply delicious to move with the wind. We had lots of people walking by waving, even copying our moves and smiling. The dolphins were out too and came in very close to the shore (to hear our music we think). I gave Kathy her sign-in folder and she loved it! I'm sucking in all this goodness and savoring it, yum!
