Port Nelson

I had a day in Nelson today as I had a couple of appointments. It was teaming with rain when I left home, and continued to rain for about the first 45 minutes of my journey.

Nelson was lovely and warm - almost a nor wester breeze. When it got home, the temperature was 8 degrees lower than that in Nelson.

We had a surprise lamb born today. I say surprise as we don't have any rams. It turns out that when we bought these young ewes, they had been running with the ram - and da da! A new baby is born. No doubt this will be my blip for tomorrow.
