Paris memories.

I took my camera out this evening but Ikea is no place for a camera. At 11.30 I was still stuck for a blip and I began to worry. In an "I must do a picture every day" - (OCD) sort of way.

I have decided to take a photo of this lovely 50 year old sketch of my mum Jane, drawn when she was on her honeymoon - in Paris, in 1957. Mum and dad must have gone to Montrmarte - how marvelous! This sketch and my family photos have just been returned to me, from my cousin, after a long, long loan.

PARIS. I love it from the books of Simone de Beauvoir and her lover Jean Paul Satre. i first went to Paris (just for a few days) when I was a young student and I sketched in the parks. I thought it was a wonderful place. I went to Paris again 5 years ago (just for a few days) with my husband. I don't REALLY know Paris - it's just somewhere I dream about.
