Autumn Gales

Wild wet weather again today - a perfect day for keeping cosy in the kitchen making spinach soup and walnut bread!

Out to a meeting in the evening and came home to find the road being lashed with spray and strewn with seaweed. Thankfully everything was tied down and safe. Very dramatic looking but impossible to take photos of without getting the camera soaked.

Tomorrow, Wednesday, is forecast to be a much calmer day, so fingers crossed Ollie and I will get out for a decent walk, although I'll probably still need my oilskins!
