Massage

Stupidly fell down the stairs yesterday... Thought I wasn't hurt too much but I woke up this morning with so many extra aches, pains and stiffness on top of my usual amount of constant discomfort.

Good job I already had a massage booked for this morning.

TV and broadband have gone wrong this afternoon... Virgin Media can't send anyone until Saturday! Hurrumph!
