The View From the Top

Up early again today ( perhaps still slightly Jet Laggy) and up to the top of the island to watch the sun rise and share a flask of coffee.

Later on we walked the 11 ish miles around the island and really couldn't believe our luck with the weather! It's been glorious for Scotland and the time of the year..... The pessimist in me assures me that it can't last. We undid all of our good work on the walk with ice cream ( Oyster and Monkey Blood for me!) at the famous Ritz cafe!

Later on we spotted a group of seals sunning themselves on small group of islands just off the main promenade and I cursed myself for not having my Nikon and long lens.... Binoculars had to do!

A few fantastic Brewdog beers completed a great day in Millport!
