Smoker Outside the Hospital Doors

A few years ago the group Editors released a single called "Smokers Outside the Hospital Doors", and it was about as cheery as the title.

Well, today I saw one :-(

(terrible picture technically by the way... almost rejected it but I was strangely attracted to the image, no matter how lo-fi it turned out...)
