GBBO Final...

I'm in awe! The finals of Great British Bake Off always ale me feel like a very ordinary cook. It's time to see who will win. I have a favourite but this year they've all been brilliant! Tomorrow I shall no doubt have the oven on... But what to bake??? Answers on a postcard please.
