A journey begins

A brilliant, proud and emotional day.

We have taken Adam to Oxford today, to take up residence at Worcester College, where he is reading Politics, Philosophy and Economics.

I have taken a huge number of photos today of the magnificent buildings and grounds of the College.

With its own lake, lawn, orchards and playing fields, and beautiful Chapel, it is quite idyllic.

So many possible blips.....

But I chose this moment: the moment our amazing Son entered this revered seat of learning for the first time as an undergraduate student.

Saying our goodbyes was hard but we returned home with the most enormous feeling of pride in our Son.
