Acute Labyrinthitis

Had this problem about 18 months ago and it put me on my back for 48 hours and off work for a week.

Well it's come back again so the only thing I'm looking at for the time being is the ceiling in my bedroom - hence the strange photo.

It's nowhere near as bad as last time though - I can write this entry for example and I reckon I've been laid out for just 18 hours.

I fully expect to be back at work tomorrow. The thing that really hurts is I've had to pull out of a football game this evening
