Viewpoint view

An oft-blipped favourite of mine, this is how it looked on a sunny autumn morning from the viewpoint in Drymen towards Loch Lomond and the Arrochar Alps.

I had a lunch date with friend Tom at Wee Lochan whose reputation for good Scottish cuisine has spread, so we have learnt that it is wise to book a table. The wild mushroom soup with leeks and garlic was excellent!

GBBO - I didn't see that result coming, did you? I was sure the winner would be one of the men, but in the end Nancy's win was wholly justified.
