All on it's lonesome

This tiny little flower head is one of just two or three on this little plant which sits in our rockery under the kitchen windows! I'm afraid I don't know what it's called but it has survived three or four winters and produces these very dainty flowers.....which I think look like tiny geraniums; so if I had to guess is say it belongs to that family?!
