Autumnal

I love cooking with pumpkin, but in only seems right in autumn/winter. These spiced pumpkin muffins are one of my favourite recipes. It so quick and easy you can rustle up two dozen in half an hour. They are supposed to have a cream cheese frosting on them. I don't generally bother, because it makes them tooth dissolvingly sweet, and then they have to be chilled. I took some up to my mother and father in law, and they polished them off, so I took it as a thumbs up! Making chinese curry tonight, which is smelling divine right now.
