(Birthday) Cake

1.11am on 23rd of Feb saw my entry into this particular mortal coil...

Was in London working today, but treated myself to a quick stop off at one of my favourite haunts, The Wolseley. I know it's a bit chi-chi, and occasionally needs to "get over itself quite frankly" as someone once said to me, but I love the art deco space and the old fashioned service.

They serve the best eggs benedict this side of New York...and amazing cakes. Also the best place in town for people watching...including the odd celebrity from the lower half of the list (AKA Judith Chalmers!).
