The reason you need to massage your dinosaur kale with lemon juice and olive oil is so that it is relaxed, very relaxed when you eat it and doesn't bite you back.

Mr M. leaves for the RMAF first thing in the morning (he is just window shopping, he says) so I thought I would send him off with a nice dinner of baked tilapia, cauliflower au gratin and kale salad.
