What a gift of a day we had yesterday for our field trip! Today has been very different with heavy showers and the occasional sunny spell.

We were hosts for our church House Group again this evening and so I had to clear the dining table of some clutter work papers. Always a work in progress going on there.

And this table runner has become my blip for today having taken no other pictures! We bought it in on a day trip to Bodrum this year whilst on holiday in Kos and it has some pink in it! Please click to give a free mammogram to someone who will be unable to have one otherwise.

I had an appointment for a health check today. I am 'perfect' would you believe! I know those who don't! I am VERY grateful for my good health though.
